Group Managing Director
Oliver has more than 25 years of experience in Executive Search & Selection and is a consultant to many global companies and government organisations. He is a subject matter expert on recruitment and retention strategies, executive search and selection, employment law and regulations, executive compensation and benefits and employee appraisal. As well as being an experienced Career Consultant, he is also a qualified Solicitor, Notary Public and Company Director. He frequently delivers lectures and conducts seminars on human resource management, executive search and selection and manpower optimization.
